In 2014, Florida Hardwood Floors was founded with a simple commitment: deliver quality craftsmanship, honest service, and hardwood floors built to last. Over the years, that commitment helped build a trusted reputation throughout Broward County and South Florida, with thousands of flooring installations, refinishing projects, and stair renovations completed for local homeowners.

In 2023, I joined the family business and began learning the trade firsthand alongside my dad, who spent years building that reputation one project at a time. Working directly in homes throughout South Florida provided valuable experience not only in hardwood floor installation and refinishing, but also in the level of care, communication, and attention to detail homeowners deserve.

What stood out most wasn't just the craftsmanship—it was seeing the pride homeowners felt when a project was complete. Watching a worn floor become the centerpiece of a home, or seeing a family excited about their newly transformed space, reinforced an important lesson: great flooring is about more than materials and techniques. It's about creating a home people are proud to live in.

Those experiences helped inspire the creation of Legacy Oak Flooring.
